Vacation House
Built in 2009, this beautiful mountain retreat is one
mile outside of 25 Mile Creek State Park and about 10
miles from Lake Chelan State Park. Once the home
of a park ranger, this 2,400-square-foot home is
now open for a peaceful vacation retreat. The
views from this home are stunning with Lake
Chelan below and mountains in all directions.
The house accommodates seven guests. It has
three bedrooms (two queen beds and one twin
bed), two bathrooms, and is fully furnished with
bedroom linens, towels, dishes, pots, pans and utensils.
Vacation house customers also have free use of the marina
slip at 25 Mile Creek State Park. To make a reservation, visit
online at www.parks.state.wa.us or call (888) CAMPOUT or
(888) 226-7688. Reservations can be made up to nine
months in advance of arrival date. Smoking and pets
are not allowed in the vacation house.
Boating and moorage
Modern moorage is available for 20 boats up to 23 feet
long. Moorage slips are generally reservable from July
through mid-September. Two boat ramps are available.
The launch is generally usable from mid-June to the
end of December. For up-to-date information, call
(360) 902-8844. Annual moorage permits may be
purchased at State Parks Headquarters in Olympia,
at region offices, online at www.parks.state.wa.us
and at parks when staff is available.
Marina slips may be available for rent prior to
July depending on the lake water level. Please
visit the Chelan County Public Utility District
website, www.chelanpud.org, for more
information on the lake's water level.
