Located on the Great Texas Coastal Birding Trail,
Palmetto State Park is known as a “hot spot” for
birding opportunities with over 240 species
observed within the park’s boundaries.

caps and one-of-a-kind gift items are
available at the headquarters building.
Paddleboard and kayak rentals are
available by the fishing pier.
